And the winner is...

It is with great pride and joy that we share our recent achievement: winning the Business Success Award from the Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce!

This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, and a recognition of our commitment to excellence. We firmly believe that success is not defined only by the goals set forth by our business, but also in how we make a positive impact on our community. This belief has been the driving force behind our success, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be recognized for it.

"The Staples Group is a fantastic real estate team.  They are affiliated with Coldwell Banker of Crown Point and were created in 2022 by Realtors Marc Staples and Eric Siedschlag. 

The Staples Group was the #1 team in Crown Point for Coldwell Banker in 2022 and were #1 in both sales volume and units!  They implemented a new ‘all in one’ online platform for their clients that ensures accurate information and multiple ways to communicate. Their services reach throughout NW Indiana as they assist their clients in finding their dream homes in the area.

The Staples Group is linked to St Jude Children’s Hospital and gives $100 of every sale to St Jude- resulting in several thousand dollars donated in 2022!

They also support local sports teams, businesses and first responders. They sponsor two teams of the NWI Elite Softball and a Crown Point girls basketball team. Their annual pie giveaway was in conjunction with Marilyn’s Bakery of St John and they often promote Steamwhistle Coffee with giveaways.  The Staples Group hosted a fundraiser this past summer with all proceeds benefiting Crown Point Emergency management and first responders.

Marc Staples is the Deputy Director of Crown Point EMA (Emergency Management Agency) and you can often see him working events, festivals, and parades in Crown Point.
